2014年9月28日晚，西澳福建同乡会在“福中福”餐馆举办了工作答谢联谊晚会，总结9月13日举行的“2014年换届年会暨中秋联欢晚会”工作经验，答谢大力支持这次活动的演出嘉宾、媒体以及义工朋友们。中国驻珀斯总领馆黄亲国总领事、杜玲领事、张明领事、珀斯著名华人艺术家们、媒体朋友、福建同乡会会长王群华、顾问、名誉会长及理事会成员、司仪和义工朋友等120多人参加了本次活动。
新会长王群华发表感谢致辞，并承诺将带领新一届理事团队继往开来，更上一层楼。黄亲国总领事也发表演讲，对同乡会过去六年的奉献精神和取得的成绩表示高度赞扬，并对同乡会的未来寄予了厚望。福建同乡会执行副会长吴平明随后对换届年会暨中秋联欢晚会的筹办工作做了综合简要的汇报。林祥培总顾问指挥的合唱《爱拼才会赢》更是将答谢联谊会推向
高潮。
答谢联谊晚会在华人艺术家们优美的歌声和满堂喝彩中圆满落幕。活动由福建同乡会文体教育部总监陈文波主持。
The WA Fujian Association (WAFA) hosted a Reciprocal Banquet on 28th September 2014 in Fuzhongfu Restaurant to summary the experience gained from "2013-2014 Annual General Meeting & Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration Party" holding on 13th September 2014, and expressed appreciation to guests, media, and volunteers in that event.
More than 120 people attended this event, including Dr. Qinguo Huang (Consul General of Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Perth), Ms.Ling Du (Consul of Consulate-Generalof the P.R.C in Perth), Mr.Ming Zhang (Consul of Consulate-General of the P.R.C in Perth), famous WA Chinese artists, media friends, Mr. Qunhua Wang (President of the WAFA), Advisors, Honorary Presidents, members of the committee, the master of ceremony, and volunteers.
Mr. Qunhua Wang gave the speech and promised to bring the association to a new level under his leadership. Dr. Huang highly praised the contribution and achievements that the association had made over the last six years. He also had high expectation to the association in the following year. Mr. Pingming Wu, Senior Executive Vice President of the association, summarised the association re-shufflings Annual General Meeting and Mid-Autumn Festival reciprocal banquet briefly. Mr. Xiangpei Lin, Senior Advisor of the association, directed people singing "Fighting for victories", which lighted up the meeting..
The Reciprocal Banquet ended with cheering and beautiful singing from Chinese artists. The event was hosted by Ms. Wenbo Chen, minister of Sports and Education Department of the association.
